Custom indoor bays built around your space, your swing, and the system that actually fits your game. Fifteen years of builds across Montgomery County and the DC metro — starting with our own company, Virtual Golf Girl, and continuing through every major simulator platform on the market.
We didn't get into golf simulators because it was trending. Fifteen years ago we founded our own golf-simulator company — Virtual Golf Girl — and partnered with a luxury interior designer to build finished golf rooms from the ground up. Real architecture, real integration, not a screen-and-a-launch-monitor in the garage.
After years with VGG, we've built bays using every major platform — Full Swing, HD Golf, Foresight, Uneekor, Trackman — plus every launch monitor that fits in between. Our role isn't to sell you one brand. It's to narrow it to the right answer for your game.
Pick a room size and we'll show you the build we'd typically put there — screen size, projector class, tracking system, target price band. It's a starting point, not a quote. The real build gets designed after we walk the space.
Left-handers, ceiling heights under 9 feet, and split-room builds get their own conversation. We design around the room — not the catalog.
Three typical builds. The edges blur — a "Weekend" room in a long basement with good ceiling height can host a serious player, and a "Clubhouse" build is sometimes exactly what a family wants. Ranges are real, not brochure-speak.
Click to zoom. Every photo is a real SWAT-built or SWAT-finished bay. No renders, no stock, no staged dealer shots.

Every bay we build comes off the same engineered blueprint — adapted to your room's real dimensions. These are our minimum comfortable clearances; we design above them when the room allows.
10' minimum playable. 10'6"–12' for comfortable driver swings or taller players.
12' minimum room-front to tee. 15'+ for Trackman radar calibration.
15' minimum for dual L/R-handed play with proper side clearance.
Two families of product — turnkey bays and component builds. We install both. Here's the honest cut on the four launch monitors we specify most.
| Platform | Price Tier | Indoor Performance | Software Ecosystem | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TrackMan 4 | $$$$ · Flagship | Dual radar + optical. Gold standard for data accuracy. Needs ceiling height and ball-flight distance. | Trackman Virtual, GSPro, third-party ecosystem. Instructor-favored worldwide. | Teachers, tournament-grade practice, players chasing the last percent of data. |
| Foresight GCQuad | $$$ · Premium | Quad-camera photometric. Exceptional short-game + putting accuracy. Also offered as GCHawk ceiling-mount for short rooms. | FSX 2020, GSPro, E6 Connect. Broad cross-platform support. | Serious amateurs and club fitters. Our sweet spot for 8 of 10 custom builds. |
| Uneekor EYE XO | $$ · Mid-Premium | Ceiling-mounted overhead optical. Opens up rooms with limited depth. Club path + face data without club stickers. | GSPro, E6, ignite software suite. Strong native features. | Low-ceiling rooms, dual-player families, and anyone who hates club stickers. |
| SkyTrak+ | $ · Entry Premium | Photometric + radar hybrid. Honest numbers for a quarter of the cost. Needs good lighting + consistent ball placement. | GSPro, E6 Connect, WGT, TGC. Deep game library. | Weekend players and tight budgets. We've built beautiful SkyTrak bays that feel like six-figure rooms. |
I've been building these for fifteen years. Clients come in after a hundred hours of YouTube and spec sheets, more confused than when they started. Our job is to cut through all of it — look at the room, look at the budget, look at how they actually want to play — and narrow it to the right answer. That's the work.— Rick · SWAT A/V · North Potomac, MD
Minimum playable is around nine feet. Comfortable for most players is ten. For taller players — six feet and up — or driver-focused practice, 10'6"–12' is where you want to be. We measure your actual swing envelope with a club in hand before committing to a design. If the ceiling's too low, we'll say so.
GSPro, E6 Connect, TGC 2019, Trackman Virtual, FSX 2020, Uneekor Ignite — we usually install two or three on a dedicated sim PC so you can play any course or drill any scenario. Each software has its own library and feel; we'll walk you through which one fits how you want to play before the install.
Depends on your budget, your use case, and your room. SkyTrak+ is the best entry-level — honest numbers for a quarter of the cost. Foresight GCQuad is the sweet spot for serious amateurs. Trackman 4 is the gold standard for instruction and tournament-grade practice. Uneekor EYE XO is excellent for low-ceiling rooms or dual-player families. We've installed all four — we recommend based on fit, not brand loyalty.
Every build is quoted fixed-scope, fixed-price after we walk the room. Room construction — framing, raising the ceiling, conditioning the space — is quoted separately if it's needed. No change orders, no surprises.
Some. Trackman Virtual, GSPro (course library), and E6 Connect all have subscriptions — typically $20–$50 a month depending on the platform and whether you want the full course pack. Foresight and Uneekor native software is one-time licensed. We lay out the ongoing cost before the install so there are no surprises in month two.
Yes, and this is most of our builds. Dual L/R tee positions, short clubs and standard clubs stored on the wall, software profiles per player, a spectator TV for the rest of the family. A well-designed bay is more fun for a nine-year-old than it is for a scratch golfer — and both people will use it every week.
Every golf room starts with a conversation about how you want to use it — practice, play, teach, host. Tell us about the space and we'll handle everything from layout to calibration.
